1. Choose the payment option that best suits your needs.
2. Complete the easy-to-use forms that gather preliminary information about your property.
3. Upon confirmation of payment, you will receive an email directing you to a page where you can download the state required disclosures and listing forms to complete your listing.
4. Usually within 24 hours of payment, you will receive an email containing Comparative Mareketing Analysis (CMA) data for homes comparable to yours, that have recently sold.  The email will also include a pricing recommendation.
5. You will need to download and return signed Minnesota listing forms and state disclosure forms to us in order for us to input your listing. The law requires that we have a copy of your signature.  Signed disclosures may be returned via fax, email (scanned copies) or mail.
6. If you do not have access to electronic pictures, you may mail your pictures to us at the address below.  We also offer complimentary photos for a limited area.   Please call or email us to arrange these services.
7. Upon receipt of the signed diclosures and listing forms, your home will be input into the Realtor's Multiple Listing service within 24 hours.  We will send you an email with a copy of the listing, a link to download forms and disclosures that you may need to sell your property, and a link to a printable color brochure (if you have supplied us with a photo).
